Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment, with an estimated total delivery time of 6–9 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update.
We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is marked delivered. Items should generally be unused and in their original packaging unless the return is due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part.
Return shipping is free when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. For change-of-mind or personal-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Email hello@arventraliving.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please contact hello@arventraliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Because orders are processed within 1–2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
