The Forno Capriasca 36-inch French door gas range in white features six sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined cooktop output of 120,000 BTU for a range of cooking tasks, from high-heat searing to low-temperature simmering. The cooktop includes continuous cast iron grates and a recessed enamel surface designed to help contain spills and simplify cleanup.

The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven provides a total output of 30,000 BTU and includes a convection fan to support even heat circulation. The oven interior features a speckled blue enamel finish and a three-layer glass door window to support heat retention and visibility during cooking. The French door oven design allows both doors to open outward for wider access to the oven cavity.

Included accessories consist of an LP conversion kit, three telescopic stainless steel oven racks, a wok ring, a reversible griddle, a rotisserie kit with forks, an air fry basket, and a drip pan. The range is finished in white with antique brass-tone accents and includes zinc-coated metal control knobs with illuminated rings.
