The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch French Door Gas Range in black is a freestanding gas range designed for residential kitchens. The cooktop includes eight sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 160,000 BTU. Each burner is rated up to 20,000 BTU and supports low-heat simmering down to 1,000 BTU. The recessed black enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills. Continuous cast iron grates provide support for cookware and allow movement across burners.

The range includes two gas ovens with a total capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The main convection oven offers 4.32 cu. ft. of capacity and up to 30,000 BTU combined bake and broil output. The secondary oven provides 2.26 cu. ft. of capacity with up to 14,000 BTU bake output. Both oven cavities feature blue enamel interiors. The main oven includes a 10,000 BTU infrared broiler and a convection fan for air circulation during baking and roasting.

The range includes six stainless steel telescopic oven racks. Included accessories consist of a rotisserie kit, wok support, reversible griddle, air fryer basket, and an LP conversion kit. Control knobs are constructed from metal with a zinc-coated finish and include illumination rings. The unit is designed for freestanding installation.
