The Forno Galiano 48-inch French door gas range in black features a cooktop with eight sealed burners and a total output of 107,000 BTU, including a dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with a low simmer setting of 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast-iron grates provide stable support for cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface.

This model includes two gas ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The main 4.32 cu. ft. oven is equipped with a convection fan to support multi-level cooking, while the secondary oven provides additional baking and roasting space. Both ovens feature black enamel interiors and three-layer glass doors for visibility during cooking.

The range is finished in black with antique brass–style knobs and handles and stainless-steel trim. Zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings are designed for durability. The unit includes four electroplated oven racks, a reversible griddle, and an LP conversion kit.
