The Forno Maderno 28-inch built-in refrigerator features a decorative trim grill that extends the front width to 32 inches for integration with surrounding cabinetry. This model is available in white with antique brass handles. The unit provides a total capacity of 13.6 cu. ft. and includes a convertible cooling zone that can be set to operate as a refrigerator or freezer based on storage needs.

This refrigerator uses total no-frost cooling to prevent ice buildup and a metal multi-airflow system to distribute air throughout the interior. The interior layout includes three glass shelves, four door bins, and three removable drawers with silver trim. LED interior lighting improves visibility. Electronic touch controls allow temperature adjustments. The exterior includes VCM-finished doors and a metal back panel. The unit is ENERGY STAR certified.

Installation & Configuration Notes

  • This refrigerator is a built-in system consisting of two components:

    • FFFFD1722-28WHT-RS (Right Swing Unit)

    • Decorative Trim Kit

  • A dedicated 15-amp circuit breaker is required.

  • A built platform base is required for proper installation. The platform must extend fully beyond the cabinet opening.

  • If the platform does not extend beyond the cabinet opening, the lower trim kit cannot be installed correctly.
