We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is marked delivered. Items should generally be unused and in their original packaging unless the return is due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part.
Return shipping is free when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. For change-of-mind or personal-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Email hello@arventraliving.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
